No. CallSync uploads recordings created by the phone’s calling app and matches them to the right call. Automatic recording depends on the dialer, phone model, region, and settings. With Phone by Google, the employee taps Record when that feature is available.
Personal contacts can be excluded, and dual-SIM phones can be set to track the work SIM. Excluded numbers are filtered on the phone before upload. Available employee controls depend on the workspace settings.
CallSync phone tracking works on supported Android phones running Android 7 or later. iPhones and internet calls such as WhatsApp or Meet are not supported.
Call details can sync when the phone reconnects. An internet connection is needed to upload call details and recording files to the dashboard.
