When caller ID is enabled and the required permissions are granted, CallSync can show the caller’s saved name, notes, and labels. These are the details you have saved for that person.
Can I add notes after a phone call?+
Enable the post-call note reminder in the app. After the call, it prompts you to capture the details so you can return to them later.
Does CallSync record calls?+
CallSync does not record calls itself. Attach existing recordings to your calls and listen to them in the app. Recording availability depends on your phone’s calling app, model, region, and settings.
How do I back up call history and recordings to Google Drive?+
Connect your Google account and enable the backup options you want. CallSync can automatically back up calls, contacts, notes, labels, and linked recordings to your own Google Drive. An internet connection and available Drive storage are needed.
Which phones can use it?+
Install CallSync from Google Play on your Android phone. The listing on your actual device will show installation compatibility. Call history is for regular SIM calls; this Android workflow does not support iPhone or internet calls such as WhatsApp and Meet.
