1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CallSync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.
2. Description of service
CallSync provides a call tracking, recording and management platform consisting of:
- An Android mobile application for call tracking and recording.
- A web-based dashboard for call management and analytics.
- Cloud storage for call recordings and data synchronization.
3. User accounts
3.1 Registration
You must register for an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3.3 Account types
- Admin account: Full access to organization settings, employee management and billing.
- Employee account: Limited access as configured by the Admin.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Record calls without proper consent where required by law.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
- Use the Service to harass, stalk or harm others.
5. Call recording compliance
Important legal notice
Recording phone calls may be subject to federal, state and local laws. Some jurisdictions require one-party consent, while others require all-party consent. It is YOUR sole responsibility to:
- Understand and comply with all applicable recording laws.
- Obtain necessary consent before recording calls.
- Inform call participants that the call is being recorded.
- Ensure all parties are aware of the recordings.
CallSync is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of call recording features.
6. Subscription and payments
6.1 Pricing
Our Service offers a free trial and paid plans. Current device and add-on prices are displayed on our pricing page and in the dashboard. Prices may change with notice.
6.2 Billing
Paid plans are purchased in advance for a one-month or three-month term. Your selected capacity, term, discounts and total are shown in the dashboard before payment. Additions during an active paid term are prorated for the remaining days.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service. Contact support for exceptional cases. See our Refund Policy for the full terms, including the 14-day money-back window.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, features and content, is owned by CallSync and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. User content
You retain ownership of data you upload (call recordings, notes and so on). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallSync shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
- Damages arising from unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Any legal consequences from call recording.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallSync, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion.
13. Modifications to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panipat, Haryana, India.
